Great idea Rande--My understanding is that promoters who put together research reports/newsletters and the like are required to state as a disclaimer that a. shares were given as compensation and/or b. that they have a position in the stock they are recommending.
It would be nice to think that failure to disclose would constitute an SEC or similar violation. Before I forget,
I, Greg Grapsas, hereby affirm that I have not received compensation in the form of cash, options, or stock from any promoter or principals of the following: CSMA, NETZ, SETO,MDMI,INFE, TSNLD,HNBL.
I know there are some who may not believe these afffirmations, but so what. I affirm anyways. |
