I suggest you by coastal property right on the ocean with a nice view of the Atlantic. There are a lot of potential remos available in Florida.
All you need to do is tear out all the drywall, insulation, carpeting, warped doors, cabinets, appliances, trim, replace rotted plates and studs. Clean up the mold. Redo the foundations where needed.
Then reinstall insulation, drywall, paint, trim, doors, cabinets, appliances, carpeting... no biggie. Ya might wanna stock up on sand and sandbags too... sometimes that helps. And plywood for the windows for the hurricanes. No biggie.
Tons of savings. Great investment... of course flood insurance is getting more difficult and expensive if you can find it. I think the Marxists have stepped in to provide it now in Florida. Maybe the insurance companies are in on the climate conspiracy. |
