No Comment to make on UK Navy hiccups.

Had a bit of a cold and roasted a chicken with some Cajun spices sprinkled on first. Really delicious.

I froze most of it for future meals.

I was going to chuck the carcass out, but it looked OK and I made a soup out of it with some onions added.

The soup was almost better then the roast. Really really good.

Took some Quercetin and Zinc +

No sign of cold whatsoever.

Could have been the chicken soup that was the cure. the Quercetin and Zinc+ worked good in the past. Sainsburys currently have good chickens, but nothing is constant.
