Neldon Johnson filed a lawsuit against Dr. Mancini back in October of 2018. Over 4 years ago. Case: 4:18-cv-00087. Dr. Mancini was the solar power expert for the government. On April 4, 2023 (3 weeks ago), Judge Nuffer dismissed the case with prejudice ... meaning Neldon can't refile a case similar to that one. Neither the judge nor the court-appointed Receiver thought the case had merit, so they saved the time and cost that would be expended during a trial. Yet another Neldon Johnson lawsuit down the tubes. Where are all those pumpers who thought they had found the "Holy Grail" ??? Sure is a pretty day. TED
