My guy said he got the notice (that shares would hypothetically be available) at the beginning of this week. But (probably as in the case of your broker, he was surprised to learn that PW was one of the secondary underwriters)--usually he hears about this stuff in advance. He likes the stock and wanted to get some for clients, but couldn't.
