Another area I neglected to mention that may have had (is having) short term effects on the price is the following:

With the recent surge towards $4. us, it has taken us to almost pre-halt levels. So I would assume that for some investors, possibly a fair amount would be looking at taking out their investment if they were so inclined. Therefore we were probably looking at some resistance at that level.
