Speaking of low float Chinese trash and GDC, I'm sure you saw today's little party they threw for their shareholders. After hitting 44 yesterday, it is now trading in the mid 4s. By Chris Wack GD Culture Group shares were down 76% to $7.41 Tuesday after the company said it entered into a definitive agreement with several investors for the purchase and sale of 465,000 common shares and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 931,000 shares at $8.27 a share in a registered direct offering. The stock closed up 1100% on Monday, hitting a 52-week high of $44. However, the stock is still down 69% over the past 12 months. The New York-based holding company for a China-based marketing service agency said the purchase price for the pre-funded warrants is identical to the purchase price for shares, less the exercise price of $0.001 per share. In a concurrent private placement, the company also agreed to issue to the same investors warrants to buy up to 1.4 million shares at an exercise price of $8.27 per share. The warrants will have a 5-year term from the date of issuance. The proceeds to the company of both transactions are expected to total $11.55 million and close on or about Thursday.
