In the meantime, two sets of North Americans I know shall be landing in HK between today and end-coming-week, and the intention being taking up permanent residency in Philippines / HK (bodies / funds) and Thailand / HK (bodies / funds). There seems to be a stirring in the Force in anticipation of 2024.
