Yes, they'd still be denying it, because regardless of whether the drone actually hit PooTin or not, Ukraine has every incentive to claim responsibility (or at least be coy about it).

The only reason why they're denying it is because they didn't do it, or at least it wasn't ordered by Zelensky.

By the way, I LOVE how the Kremlin calls it a "terrorist" attack, which will be met by "retaliation." Cause you know, that drone attack was 100% uNpRoVoKeD, AMIRITE?
