I like Stock Puppy and if his heat pump works well I'm happy for him, but I'm not satisfied with mine.

It could be configuration of your house, the device itself, or installation.

Or maybe it's not practical for your area.

I'm just saying that serendipitously the AC system worked out to be good for heating for me.
