H&S still in play

Why? The pattern is not predictive UNTIL it breaks the neckline. It is not in play if the second shoulder is still forming. It has to finish by breaking the neckline otherwise it is just a potential H&S pattern.

Look it up if you don't believe me.

I agree with this
Head and shoulder top ranks 9 out of 36 patterns and has a 19% failure rate.

the H&S is one of the better ones and my guess is many of its "failures" is from people who don't apply it properly.
