Co issues downside guidance for Q2, sees Q2 revs of $430-450 mln vs. $456.28 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.GAAP gross margin between 55.9% and 56.5%. Non-GAAP gross margin between 56.2% and 56.8%, which excludes an estimated impact of stock-based compensation expenses of 0.3%.
