MGTA/DNTH Do you know when this happen?

“ Magenta's stockholders will own about 21.3% of the combined company.”

Does that mean the ticker MGTA will keep trading?? Or that they don’t get the full benefit of becoming DNTH shareholders compared to current private DNTH shareholders?

I ask in terms of how to adjust it in a portfolio. The easy thing is to merely swap one symbol for the other…
