Yeah, I think that sort of puts the deadline for Chinese response to about July 12th. It probably takes almost one month for a second HSR approval, and if Aug 7th comes and the deal isn't done, I would expect MXL to perhaps be eager to pay $160m and walk away.

So exciting!
