DNTH's share price on its first day of trading under the new symbol will be determined by the market. It will presumably be near the closing price of MGTA on the previous day (i.e. the closing price of MGTA on its last day of trading under the old symbol), after adjusting for a possible reverse split.

The number of shares outstanding after the merger will be dictated by how many shares MGTA has to issue to the existing (private) DNTH shareholders to satisfy the terms of the merger agreement; this number can be ascertained from MGTA's upcoming SEC filings.
