Thus the Debt Ceiling "law" is unconstitutional.
Your interpretation of the 14th amendment is wrong. The debt limit doesn't invalidate public debt. It just limits the amount of federal spending.

By the way, no one has challenged the constitutionality of that debt ceiling law for decades. Only now is that happening, and it's all because of the Gaslighter-In-Chief.

All because he wants us to forget that trillion dollar deficits matter.
