Back in 2019 (four years ago) the Court-appointed Receiver filed a case against Randale Johnson. He also filed a case against LaGrand Johnson. The Receiver then filed for Summary Judgment in both cases. The Court approved a portion of the Receiver's Summary Judgment in both cases, and denied portions in both cases. Those 2 cases have been combined for efficiency purposes and will be tried together for final decision on the remaining issues. Timing is as follows: Final Pretrial Conference set for 9/5/2023 at 10:00 AM in Rm 7.300 before Judge David Nuffer. 5-Day Jury Trial set for 9/18/2023 at 08:30 AM in Rm 7.300 before Judge David Nuffer. Sure is a pretty day. TED
