Hi Yard man,

I remember doing a study after the Glanville call to sell everything on the Friday and the washout hit on Monday.

I did a study going back on advance/declines and hi/lows.

The Friday of Glanville's (sell everything) had only new highs on stocks ALL below $10.00 on the NAZ.

Since then I've always watched the small caps for a sense of euphoria in the small caps. The Wilshire and Russell 2000 will give us that clue before a liquidation time is needed. Also we'll see some sectors just fall out completely. Onezies at first and then a few more and then a general market sell off.

I'll want to hold some solid dividend payers and be out of everything that does not pay a reliable dividend.

A last good looking B wave will be time to be in cash.

Once that terrifying C wave bottoms, selling cash covered calls on the dips will be the biggest and easiest money I've ever enjoyed.

While those stuck with high cost shares take their $3,000 a year loser, the long cold winter of low valuations will drag on.

It is important to recall the high fast mark up stages and the long and boring accumulation stages that go along with a distribution tops.

A solid dividend stream at the bottom will boringly buy more shares than ever before - the needed stage for that next bigger and better wealth creation event in this crazy game.

Lord willing that is for this 71 year old.

Still drooling about that big beautiful walleye you caught!

Bob
