The SJ Merc just published a chart of where our electrons come from. It varies between 40 and 60% NG depending on how much we get from hydro power... draught years mean more NG so more expensive.

It cracks me up that we are to eliminate NG heaters to use electric heaters that are powered with NG and about 30% of the power is lost in the transmission lines to heat (adding to global warming?)
