How much do you really know about the bussiness. It should be apparent to anyone that has any knowledge about semi's that this new fab was not for capacity but rather technology. Technology that is extremely critical for new products. Without taking this cost back then, you would never be benefiting from getting new C6's and C6+'s processes today. Stop pretending that you know this industry becuase you don't. Have a good weekend, BullonIDT
