The "injury was not physical in any way, therefore the "injury" was non-physical. get it?
She was offended to when she accused the lowlife trump of raping her and he essentially responded with "I wouldn't touch that skank with your dick". The far left jury in NYC has major TDS and considers such talk 'sexual assault' unless it was Bill Clinton or Ed Kennedy doing the talking.
