Without his infrastructure bill, they wouldn't be repaired.
This is such bullshit. Samo samo "crumbling infrastructure" crap that I saw back during the "Great Recession," when Obama and his bootlickers in the media kept crowing about that.

The Department of Transportation should ALREADY be maintaining and upgrading bridges. That should not take an act of Congress and a signature of a president who isn't mentally available.
