How many left-wing cities declared themselves as "sanctuaries"?

Heck, the whole state of California is a "sanctuary state," along with 10 others:

The 11 Sanctuary States in the United States (fairus.org)

That means these states are going to be actively assisting migrants who made it across the border by not cooperating with the feds.

So yeah, once you make it across the border, you are entitled to "sanctuary" according to every single Democrat who created these 11 "sanctuary states."
