Hi Balti, You have heard WEagle and I talk about looking for that quiet period that gives us a clue that a rise is coming. How soon, only time can tell. It may have more time in its quiet period, or it could begin a slow rise. CORR shows this very clearly. I failed to follow rule number 2. I believe it was because I knew better that I did not take a large position. Just because we know when not to buy does not mean that we always follow the rules. Sometimes that is the only way we learn what not to do and then we become more careful in taking a position with a stock. I2000
