I like the look of the formation for CTHR but not the length of the time. Ted insisted that the down slopes or the triangle should be at least two year long and flats should be at least three years long. I2 and I have cut the two year rule short a little, two or three months, but I think this one is still a little too short. My opinion is, keep it on your watch list.

Of course, if we get a strong market move up, it probably will not matter and we are expecting a good move soon but it is not guaranteed.
