AOLers jumping ship:

........And that differentiation got easier on Monday when
AOL raised the price of its all-you-can-eat
package to $21.95 a month. In the past, ISPs had
tried to attract AOL users by emphasizing the
reliability of their networks and their customer
service levels. Now, they can boast that they're
cheaper, too.

But will AOL users jump ship in response to the
predatory marketing?

toll-free number have been "besieged by tens of
thousands of people" this week responding to his
"Get Out of AOL Free Offer."
