The mid month cash contribution hit the account today and with that I added the following:

ARE - 1 share
MAA - 1 share
VICI - 5 shares

These are all in the Roth. All of this year's cash contribution will be added to the real estate portion of this account. The 3 companies listed above were the smallest positions and I am trying to bring them up in size.

The real estate portion of this portfolio has the following characteristics:

Balance: $43,228
Income $1,510

Dividend Yield: 3.49%
Dividend Growth: 8.3%

DHI is a homebuilder but I thought it belonged in the real estate sector of this portfolio.
