My thoughts are, we get new Weekly Cycle Highs before we get a new Weekly Cycle low.

Here's a chart that actually tells you something, unless your brain dead.

By the way, the SPX is extremely overdue for a Weekly W-SC-2. Just look to the left side of the chart and you can see what a W-SC-2 can do. By the way a Weekly W-E-2 is also extremely overdue, just look at just above the ALL TIME HIGH and you can see what a W-E-2 can do.
