For PCTI I would like to see a period of quietness. I don't see that yet. Still too much activity to my liking. A quiet period is an final period of accumulation by the smart money. I discourages the public to think the stock is going nowhere and they sell out. It is the manipulators wringing out all the shares they can from the weak hands of the public. WEagle
