Dwight,
The last time poked through the S-3/A, it "included by reference" most of the other S-3's.

Let me pick your brain here for a moment. Assuming you are correct and S&S have a huge short position at $4, can we try and come up with a maximum number of shares they could have shorted? In order to short a stock, don't they have to borrow it from someone? The position is not showing up in US exchanges, so it must have been done offshore, as you suggest it was. How many shares can be offshore to short? I'm asking because I don't know: not even a clue. I would guess that some reasonable portion of the outstanding shares may be available for this type of transaction. Perhaps 10%? 20%? If they have a 50M share short position, that means they borrowed all of the outstanding shares and sold them, twice. That doesn't sound reasonable. I would take a wild stab and say that their maximum short position is about 5M shares. Any ideas from your end?

cheers,

Rich
