No, she wouldn't call foul if she had done just
that. She would be blabbing her victory all over
the threads probably.

Isn't it amazing that with small stocks people yell
"hype" "hype" yet the same thing goes on with the
higher priced stocks and some of these higher priced
stocks are more hollow than some of the smaller
shells (not referring to Intel of course). You're
right on Bill.

With regard to SEC, IMO the volatility we see
with BAAT relates more to the MMS and the day
traders (who really love the way this stock
trades)than to any comments made by Joe. And
for those who have a distaste for day traders,
don't forget that they call attention to a stock
and many times a stock's price remains elevated
and goes higher eventually but it was the day
traders who sparked it initially. JMO.
