Ha! When I was day-trading full-time in the aftermath of the dot-com bust, I spent a few hours, three days a week, "morgueing" cheese in a cave about 2 miles from here to blow off steam. thistlehillfarm.com Was quite an operation run by some friends who took a family trip through the Alps to find a cheese they wanted to make with milk from their organic Jersey herd. Excellent cheese, but age got the better of my friends so they sold their process and "Tarentaise" making equipment. At the same time, I was running a good sized flock of sheep here in a forage only system, speaking occasionally at the local "Grass Farmers Association." Just out mowing -- miss it sometimes, but retirement is good. :)
