I went to Costa Rica and they did it!!!!! Bloomberg states S-10 is filed. Request for AMEX listing done. Supposed to be a >600 page document. I haven't seen it--info per broker through a friend. Haven't had a chance to see my own broker. Beware sellers-- I think this is the last house cleaning prior to the big party!!!! My asssumptions as a patient investor--do your own reasearch!!!! D Kost
