When I initially heard about the SEC, I was concerned that the "BIG 3" had pulled some chits to force BAT to release propriety documentation. Now that I know its just a day trader with bad timing, I feel better. If one looks at the historical charts of almost any BB stock there is an initial pump, it seems by MM's taking advantage of momentum such has happened here. This is nothing new. The point is where will we be in a year.
