This is just the start. Mikey isn't going to LEAVE Florida.

But they have 17 billion more in potential investments in Florida, and there's a good chance they'll cancel those. Iger didn't want to invest there in the first place, but was talked into it. And very few of the 2000 tech workers who are now NOT going to Florida want to leave California, at an AVERAGE of $120k per year that's a quarter of a billion per year added to what business in that area are, directly, not going to see.

Ron hurt contractors, coffee shops, too many to count. And they know it. Its gonna put some serious questions in their minds about the wisdom of scape goating.

On the other hand... understanding this requires the ability to count and from what I've seen living near casinos, right wingers love to gamble because they can't count.

If I was Iger, I'd be thinking Colorado. Centrally located. Weed is legal. Super beautiful in a way techies love, mountains, white water rafting, skiing. No risk that new house you buy is going to be flooded like the homes of so many Floridians.

Why would anyone in their right mind wanna live there? Flood insurance alone is wreaking havoc on their economy. I'll be buying near the ocean soon but I guarantee you at least 100 ft above sea level. Florida is flat.
