It's quite shocking to me because I was brought up by my mother [and father] who was a Margaret Thatcher personality type though family rather than politically oriented. She was very active in various associations such as China Society, Penwomen's Club, Debating society, Globetrotters, Voluntary Euthanasia Society, Rationalist Association, Board of governors of school.
My assumption for decades was that women can do anything and with greater VVVs than men on average and in general would make very good rulers of the world which increasingly has become more like a busy household and global village than a state of nature carved up by warring, alpha-male dominance-hierarchy, tribal, territorial, genocidal, found-wealth, conquering Malthusian totalitarians.
Now my theory on women needs revision and bigly so.
New Zealand has been ruled by women for decades - far more so than anywhere. And started before anywhere, when my great grandmother Lucie Arms and her daughters Lottie, Louise and Adele were active in cahoots with Prime Minister Richard Seddon in starting voting for women though he apparently was earlier opposed to the idea.
There are too many examples, and too few countervailing examples, of women in politics doing what those women have done and are doing. As an engineer and scientist, I have to go along with Popper, Einstein and Feynman when confronted with reality and data that falsifies my previous theory. I note that in The Engineers Song, it was observed that when Godiva rode through town the only one who noticed she rode a horse was an engineer of course.
With states now acting as fathers, doling out taxpayer loot to women with children, fathers are increasingly sidelined, disparaged, insulted, depleted, discouraged, denigrated while women go full polyamorous, hypergamous aka slut mode. In politics they go full scale deflection on "We Came, We Saw, He Died ... cackle cackle cackle" = Hillary Clinton's quote.
It seems that women WANT men to attack, kill, conquer and as with other mammals and primates, they mate with the victors. Having men hanging out playing golf, going fishing, drinking beer, discussing quantum physics and gravitons then napping under a tree is NOT what women want to see.
I have seen no women at all promoting immediate forthwith settlement of the conflict and no longer threatening to conquer Russia, confiscate Crimea, execute Putin and loot their country. But some men are doing so = me, Mearsheimer, Elon Musk [albeit belated], Donald Trump, Colonel Douglas MacGregor and any that are not Loony Liberal Lefty low information suckers or are stuck in Neocon Russia Russia Russia mantras.
I note in passing that Zelensky, Putin, Scholz, Sunak, Johnson, Macron are all short men. The correlation is disturbing. They are all keen to show who is boss and kill hordes to demonstrate that. Kim the Fatter isn't directly involved. He is short too, and very keen to show who is boss.
To maintain world peace, I recommend banning all women [other than Margaret Thatcher] and all men under 180 cm from voting and positions in politics. That might seem harsh, but nuclear Armageddon isn't worth worrying about a bit of DIE [diversity, inclusive, equity] rubbish.
Are there any women who agree with me, Elon, Donald, John, Douglas, etc, for stopping the war? I don't know of them.
