I make chicken broth regularly and freeze what we don't use after making it - as I generally make ~ 5 quarts at a time. I like to put around a quart of it in ice cube trays and freeze them for later use in stir fries, rice, etc. You might be interested in how I make it --- and if so I will provide details. I also make beef broth and freeze it as well. I like to have both chicken and beef broth on hand as I mix them together in equal parts when making one our favorite dishes: FRENCH ONION SOUP.
