What's that supposed to mean? "I balanced the budget in terms of taxes" ... ?
A slight increase in taxes for the wealthiest and the budget is balanced.
Brandon claimed that he already balanced the budget.

AFAIK the tax increases for the "wealthiest" was never passed.

Doesn't matter, though. His words mean nothing given that the context in which he uttered them was completely unclear, and I doubt even he would be able to recall it.

No need to cover for the dementia patient. We all know why he's there. He's the NotTrump.
