The saddest part is when Biden says he balanced the budget, you and millions of other feebleminded lunatics believe him. That's why he says it.
It's wasn't even clear WTF the context was when Brandon made that claim.

So what do his supporters do? Make shit up.

RDK, for example, claimed that the context was Brandon's proposals for tax increases, but the wording of Brandon's claim CLEARLY contradicts that.
