Big Red or any one else....What we need is talent in varying disaplines. We can achieve a lot from these guys if the right buttons are pushed. It doesn't always take a lot of $ but it takes the right button pusher. As a CPA I believe there has been fraud on the part of either management or the auditing CPA firm for STLC. Who knows what fiduciary resposibilities were breached or laws were broken by the executives and board. The only input the court has considered is the story management has fed the judge.
