Someone dumped a bunch of stock today....... Could it be? Lance Hansche is History. SAN JOSE, Calif.---Feb. 13, 1998--Phoenix Technologies Ltd. announced that a member of its Board of Directors, Lance Hansche, has resigned to dedicate his full efforts to a new start-up venture. Hansche's resignation takes effect immediately, meaning he will not stand for re-election at the annual shareholders meeting on Feb. 18, 1998. (I nominate Jules!) Hansche was one of Phoenix's earliest employees and was CEO before the arrival of Ron Fisher in 1990.
