The 13G does not mean the Seligman is now on board. They may already have been. I believe a 13D is the one that has to be filed when the 5% threshhold is crossed. Whereas a 13G has to be filed every year by anyone who has a 5% or more position. Can anyone confirm this? Happy Investing! Vanni
