DLR/NVDIA.

I'm suspicious of DLR based on Spekulatius report of Chanos comment that large maintaince expenses are or could be under-reported (reported wrongly/misleadingly as capital expense). That shouldn't affect the dividend though. Also I don't see that the Chanos cocern that big DLR users will take their data center involvement inside their own facilities and make DLR obsolete. It could happen I guess, but I don't see signs of it. Maybe that's my poor dd or failure to anticipate the future.

Anyway, I decided to bet on continuation of DLR data center business. The stock's low price now and respectable dividend yield appeal to me. I have been buying as stock has fallen, this morning too. A small position for me.

Regarding AI: Looks like market believes NVIDEA will be one of the big winners there. Nice move in stock after company Q1 report. Lot of second derivative companies (e.g.LRCX) also particated as can be seen.
