Totally interesting to students of history.

1) Seems Russia's hypersonic missiles only go that fast at launch, when they come down they slow down. Typical of dictator types like Putin and Trump to exaggerate for propaganda advantage.

2) I've always thought that when anti-missile defenses were banned by SALT that was a mistake. Liberals argued that "you can't shoot down 50,000 bombs" ... True BUT:

You can shoot down a missile launched by mistake or by a renegade or a nut like Kim (Trump's friend) thereby preventing a total nuclear wars and saving a whole city with millions of people.
