Well, that was some cheerful reading. g/ng
The premier of Nova Scotia announced today that there all travel and activities into the provincial (Crown land) forests is banned. That includes both recreation and industry (forestry, mining, etc..). Should have been banned at least a week ago. Hope they don't cave in to pressure from industry. Be good for birds as it is nesting season right now. Best for everyone to stay the hell out of the forests until this drought is over with.
