I'm curious, could anyone on this thread who is familiar with other companies with fiber networks under construction-- such as WMB, Level3-- render an opinion as to whether those companies receive construction revenues during the build-out process? Or is it a pure expense? In the meantime I'll try to find what I can, to answer my own question. On an unrelated note. This found in Red Herring... herring.com
