My last week on nights is next week.. I move to day walker status.. with a new defi ..(challenge) .. sadly one of my mentors/conspirators .. comparatively younger at 52 is moving on to a new challenge ex HD.. I have the store managers and all assistant managers' ears but he was a fixer like me and essentially 2nd in command ... .. I wish him well and regret the loss.. but just another challenge and actually opportunity for me... Meanwhile sales are rocking .. we lead division .. ie Ontario/QC.. not just region ... I see no economic slowdown yet .. Well US on shoring can certainly fcuk everything up causing initially high inflation (High domestic waqgs) and then high unemployment as robots are used more and more Interesting times.. but the consumer in Canada is far far from dead
