Hate to say I told you so...
but the smart SYCR's should have sold on Thursday, when the pathetic Poertner made the weak announcement the day before earnings....

I warned the thread that earnings may be bad, as Poertner has pulled these shenanigans in the past (i.e., announcing relatively insignificant future marketing/product news the day before earnings).
Let me refresh your memory...

followed the next day by this...

Only one quarter later, Poertner floats this..

and then the next day, he sticks a knife in the heart of his shareholders with this..

This, folks, is what class action lawsuits, SEC investigations, and Chapter 7 bankruptcies are made of.
Everyone's blood is flowing dangerously from this near-mortal wound, and the hemorraging perhaps cannot be stopped. This one is going down faster than the Titanic. Every man for himself.
I feel very bad for everyone who has lost money on this stock, as I have lost more than I care to even think about. I get some solace in the fact that I did sell my shares north of $1.50, with 75% sold above $2. The pain of my losses however far exceeds the solace I garner from having cut my losses early.
Move on and invest in quality companies, with proven products, accelerating earnings, impeccable management. There are so many good firms out there, why settle for the "bottom-of-the bucket" variety?
I am out of here forever.
Regards,
DD
P.S. Chris, save your money and buy yourself a 12-pack of Pepto Bismol, if you think you'll be needing it that is.
