what will it take to pop through 12?

Probably a miracle :-) I'm no expert in T/A by any means but it looks like there will be some heavy resistance in the $9 area. Once it breaks thru $9 on good volume, a move back to the old highs of $12 is possible. If it could break $12, well, it's anybody's guess.

Of course all of this is simply JMHO.
