ps this was posted around jan 26, i went to the site i saw it . that which was more recently posted as the article is not fraudulent.not unsubstantiated, but facts, if you want to substantiate a claim from internet, post the address.
pss, just what i want , sec and govt to regulate my speech. hypesters will make themselves known in my opinion, pretty soon you'll be held responsible for saying gee, i really like this stock, because then are you now promoting it...who will post if they were held liable for every claim that this stock looks good or that stock looks good, where do you draw the line on that, maybe it is si responsibility to see that promoters, people who get paid for stock writeups, etc shouldn't be allowed for conflicting interest reasons but keep govt and sec out of it. si gets the credit card number they can find out who is who if it came down to it. |
